 Once the concept is set, we develop the details—plans, elevations, finish selections, fixtures, and materials. As choices are made, pricing is updated so there are fewer surprises later. 

 We finalize construction-ready plans, coordinate permitting (when needed), confirm schedule, and order long-lead items like cabinetry, windows, tile, and appliances. 

Our construction team brings the design to life. You’ll have clear communication, organized milestones, and a single team responsible for both the plan and the execution.

 We complete a punch list, finalize inspections and care information so you know exactly what to expect after completion.
