Do you offer design services or only build?

We offer both. As a design–build firm, we can manage your project from early planning and design through construction and completion—under one roof. If you already have completed architectural plans, we’re also happy to work as your builder and bring them to life with the same organized process.

Can you help us choose materials?

Absolutely. We guide you through a structured selections process for both exterior and interior finishes—so decisions feel exciting, not overwhelming. This can include items like roofing, windows, doors, exterior finishes, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, hardware, and more. We keep selections cohesive and aligned with your budget and timeline.

How long does a new home build take?

Timelines vary based on design complexity, permitting/HOA approvals, material lead times, and site conditions. During your consultation we’ll outline a realistic timeline range and key milestones, then refine the schedule as plans and selections are finalized.

What if I already have plans from an architect?

That’s perfectly fine. We frequently work with clients who already have plans from outside architects or designers. We’ll review the drawings, clarify scope, identify any missing details that could affect pricing or timeline, and then take the project through permitting, selections, and construction.

Do you handle HOA approvals and inspections?
